Classic Barbecue
Nothing beats the sweet and tangy flavor of classic barbecue when it comes to a summer cookout! If you are cooking a whole chicken, turkey legs or even a whole turkey on the grill or smoker, look no further than our BBQ Chicken seasoning! Classic barbecue spices like paprika, mustard, garlic, and brown sugar combine with traditional poultry flavors like marjoram, celery, coriander, and thyme to make our BBQ Chicken our favorite barbecue blend for poultry of all kinds!
If you are a fan of chicken wings or salmon on the grill, give our Honey BBQ Blend or Sweet Chili Maple a try! These sweet and smoky blends are also a great choice for orange veggies like carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut, and acorn squash. Like a little extra heat with your barbecue? Try our Heat & Honey on chicken, turkey, salmon, shrimp, and orange veggies!
Sweet and smoky flavors, combined with hints of citrus and rosemary, make our Grilled Fish seasoning a definite go-to for any fish or seafood cooked on the grill. Whether you are serving up trout, tilapia, catfish, or shrimp, this seasoning blend is sure to please any seafood lover.
Although it isn’t a traditional barbecue flavor, our Fisherman’s Blend is a must-have for any spice collection, whether you are an avid fisherman (or fisher-woman) or just an occasional consumer of aquatic cuisine. An assemblage of citrus and herb flavors, combined with basics like garlic and black pepper, make for a truly unique seasoning. This blend is great on white fish like tilapia and halibut, as well as oily fish such as salmon, trout and tuna.
Bold Flavor
Bold flavors of salt, black pepper, garlic, are complimented by rosemary, dill, coriander and a touch of heat to create our Montreal Seasoning. This blend adds bold flavor to lighter proteins like chicken and white fish, as well as veggies like zucchini, yellow squash and bell peppers. For green veggies like green beans, broccoli and brussel sprouts, sprinkle on our Black & Bold seasoning, roast and finish with a squeeze for lemon juice! This blend is also a game-changer on grilled salmon!
If you love a splash of citrus with your bold flavor, look no further than our Lemon Pepper and Lime Pepper! Both of these blends are great all-purpose seasonings for chicken, fish and just about any kind of veggie. Our Lime Pepper also makes a great addition to guacamole!
Caribbean Citrus & Spice
Just one taste of our Caribbean Spice will have you dreaming of sandy beaches and sunny skies! Bright citrus flavor, combine with classic Caribbean spices like nutmeg and clove, and just the right amount of heat, make this blend one of our absolute favorites! Our Caribbean Spice is excellent on chicken wings, fish tacos, and seafood dishes, especially those with shrimp.
Or take a trip to the islands of Trinidad and Tobago with our Queen City Calypso Shake. This blend was born from a customer request to combine the island flavors of Trinidad and Tobago with the tastes of Colorado. This blend brings together sultry spices like cinnamon, coriander and orange peel with fresh herbs like chives and dill, all accented by a spicy habanero kick. A great all-purpose seasoning, our Queen City Calypso Shake is the perfect blend to spice up zucchini, sweet potato fries, green beans, chicken wings, white fish and shrimp!
For a Cuban flavor with a little less heat, give our Mojo Seasoning a try! Pronounced “mo-ho,” in Spanish, this Cuban-style seasoning combines bright citrus flavors with garlic, cumin and cilantro. This blend is a great addition to chicken or fish, especially for tacos.
South American Chile
Bring authentic South American flavor to any dish with our Chile Lime Seasoning! Spicy citrus combined with subtle earthy tones make this blend a great addition to chickens dishes, as well as shrimp and veggies. One of our favorites for guacamole! Or try the smoky and herbaceous flavor of our Chimichurri Seasoning on chicken wings, chilies, tomatoes, zucchini, and eggplant. We love this seasoning in our Chimichurri Shakshuka recipe. Traditionally finished in the oven, this recipe is also delicious finished on a pellet grill (we recommend using a cast iron skillet).
Or turn up the heat (and flavor) with our Green Chili Seasoning! Our Green Chili Seasoning balances bold green chili perfectly with classic Mexican flavors for a blend that is as amazing on chicken and fish, as well as grilled zucchini and yellow squash. All three of these blends are also great seasonings for corn-on-the-cob!
Herbaceous Mediterranean
Herb-based blends inspired by the Mediterranean are some of our favorites on grilled veggies. Shake our Bread Dip Mix, Tomato Basil Blend or Tuscan Herb on chicken, white fish or veggies like zucchini and eggplant before grilling for light and fresh Mediterranean flavor.
Fresh herbs and citrus contrast with spicy cinnamon and nutmeg for authentic Greek flavor in our Greek Seasoning. Delicious on grilled chicken or fish, as well as zucchini and eggplant. An obvious seasoning for kabobs and gyros, this blend also makes for an interesting twist on tacos!
For an even more refreshing take on Greek flavors, check out our Mojito Lime Seasoning! Spearmint, basil and oregano combine with garlic, black pepper and lime to create a blend perfect for light summer dinners. We love this seasoning for kabobs with chicken, red onion, shrimp, bell pepper, and zucchini! And, of course, fish tacos!
Middle Eastern & North African Intrigue
Intriguing is the perfect way to describe flavors from the Middle Eastern and North African region. Sweet and spicy, sultry and fragrant, these blends can truly take light proteins and veggies to the next level! Our Sandhills Seasoning is a North African-style blend that combines savory and sweet flavors with a kick of spice. Shake on chicken wings, or combine with olive oil for a great marinade for chicken thighs. Combine seasoning and olive oil to make a paste, rub on chicken thighs and marinate for 30 minutes. Cut the thighs into strips, place on skewers and grill. Serve over rice with grilled zucchini, bell pepper and yellow squash. YUM!
For another twist on this dish, substitute our Red Rocks Seasoning for Sandhills. Our Red Rocks Seasoning combines the authentic Mediterranean flavors of sumac and Aleppo chile with sweet tomato, garlic, coriander and cinnamon to make a truly unique blend that is great on chicken, fish, grilled veggies.
Like it hot? Then our Berbere Seasoning is for you! This fiery North African blend is perfect for spicing up just about any dish! Traditionally used to flavor Ethiopian-style stews of meat (known as wats or we’ts), vegetables or lentils, our Berbere Seasoning is also a great choice for chicken wings and grilled veggies; or bring new flavor to fish or shrimp tacos Beware, this blend does bring the heat!
Vibrant Asian
The multitude of colors and flavors in our Asian-inspired blends bring vibrant taste to any lighter grilled fare! Whether you are cooking up chicken skewers, salmon, white fish, veggies or shrimp, these seasonings will make your taste buds happy. Shake our Stir-Fry Sprinkle on chicken, salmon and white fish like tilapia, halibut or swai. This is also a great blend for green beans, zucchini and yellow squash.
For a more “barbecue” type flavor, try our Korean BBQ Blend. This sweet and spicy blend brings together the authentic Korean flavor of gochugaru chilies with the sweetness of brown sugar and tomato powder and the tanginess of soy sauce. We can’t get enough of this seasoning on chicken wings and skewers!
Tandoori Masala is a spice blend traditionally used in Indian cooking, most specifically in East Indian dishes that are cooked in a clay oven known as a tandoor. The tandoor is placed over a wood fire, which gives tandoori dishes their distinctive smokiness. Our Tandoori Masala is a fragrant and complex spice that makes a great addition to chicken and fish dishes. Even if you don’t have a tandoor, this seasoning tastes great on grilled dishes!
