    This is such a great started pack. I've ordered several of these throughout the years. First for myself which was my first order from High Plains and it got me hooked. I have since bought many of these nice gift sets for each of my boys who all love to grill. You cant go wrong with this one.

    I wrote a review of this product in connection with the Grilled Fish blend but felt it was important to share it here too so I could be sure people see how I use various High Plains products together! I am a Pescatarian. As such, I eat a lot of fish! I have used many, many types of seasonings, spices, herbs, sauces on my many fish dishes. My wife cannot take any heat, so I came up with a simple recipe especially when I cook trout, halibut, salmon or cod. I sprinkle BOTH this Fisherman's Blend and the Grilled Fish Blend together and it is beyond wonderful! Since I do like heat, after I remove my wife's portion from my cast iron skillet I will sometimes add a sprinkle of Blackened Seasoning or Curry or Tandoori Masala! I have well over 100 various spices and seasonings in my cabinet from literally all over the world. After using High Plains products I rarely touch the others! Their products are the highest quality seasonings I have ever used! I am truly looking forward to trying some of the sauces I recently ordered too!

    I received this as a gift a few years ago and like many other spices it went in the cabinet and sat there. I have been smoking and grilling for over 30 years and so when I ran out of my go to rub I decided to try the beef rub, because it was in there. When the meat hit the table I received more acknowledgment of the great taste of the meat than I ever have. Same cooking methods as I always have done, only changing up was the rub. I will say with out a doubt the best rub I have used. Will be ordering a lot more and I have found my new go to rub!!

    My family and I love this seasoning. I use it to make a simple dinner by briefly marinating chicken pieces with plenty of this curry powder and mayonnaise and then saute it in a skillet with butter. It is great with rice or on a green salad.

    I tasted this extract after receiving as a gift and am thrilled. Made with Madagascar beans, it is the best extract I've tasted; equivalent to my homemade. Since vanilla has become SO expensive, I have been purchasing my own beans and making my own with both bourbon or vodka for several years now. Sometimes I've had to downgrade from Madagascar beans because they will increase in price without notice. This is always a disappointment, because I don't find any bean is equivalent to Madadgascar. Good news here price is equivalent to homemade and I don't have to wait 6 months to a year to use it - win win!
