This seasoning blend is a very versatile addition to anyone’s cupboard. An obvious blend for traditional curries, curry powder can also be added to mayonnaise to make a dressing, rubbed into meats before grilling, or even sprinkled in soups and on veggies for extra flavor.

My family and I love this seasoning. I use it to make a simple dinner by briefly marinating chicken pieces with plenty of this curry powder and mayonnaise and then saute it in a skillet with butter. It is great with rice or on a green salad.
