Montreal Seasoning: This classic steak seasoning is a favorite at our house. Montreal Seasoning recipes vary, but the primary ingredients include garlic, coriander, black pepper, red pepper flake, and dill seed, all spices traditionally used in pickling mixes in Eastern European and Romanian Jewish cuisine. We include all of these spices in our Montreal Seasoning, along with a few “extras.” Montreal Seasoning complex blend of flavors marries perfectly with a big, juicy steak.
Buzzed Seasoning: Our Buzzed Seasoning is a unique, hand-blended mix that uses coffee as one of the main ingredients. It gives grilled meats a nice earthy/coffee flavored burst at the beginning with a little heat at the end. The earthy flavor of the coffee combined with just the right amount of spice pairs perfectly with the meaty and rich flavor of a juicy steak!
Sweet Chili Maple: Our Sweet Chili Maple seasoning combines three different types of chilies with the distinct sweet and tangy flavor of maple. This intriguing blend is an excellent compliment to the natural savory flavor of red meat.
Santa Maria Rub: Traditional Santa Maria blends start with garlic, salt and black pepper. Our Santa Maria Rub includes all of the ingredients of the traditional seasoning, along with a few additional herbs and spices, like dill, rosemary and sage. This fresh and fragrant blend is a great choice for anyone who loves the flavors of garlic and herbs on their steak!
