Make weeknight meals easy and memorable with our Dressings and Marinades! Made from high quality olive oil and a mixture of spices, our dressings and marinades can do so much more than just tenderize a steak. We’ve included some of our favorite uses for these convenient combinations that are sure to save you time in the kitchen, while still making your family happy!
Zesty Steak Marinade: Inspired by the flavors found in carne asada, this slightly spicy and
flavorful blend can be used to liven up many dishes. Use as traditional marinade for steaks on
the grill or flank steak for fajitas. It is also great for baking chicken and sautéing shrimp, which
can be added to pasta or served with rice or quinoa. Also try shredding the chicken and adding
it to tacos or quesadillas as well. This blend is one of our favorites for sautéing veggies like bell
peppers, onion and zucchini for a tasty side dish.
- Check out our Turkey Sausage and Peppers recipe for an easy weeknight meal. Simply substitute the olive oil for our Zesty Steak Marinade when cooking the veggies. You can also use smoked sausage to make this meal even easier to put together.
Southwest Chipotle Marinade: Can you say Taco Tuesday! This smoky and southwest inspired blend is perfect for marinating skirt or flank steak for traditional carne tacos. Or use it to bake chicken or sauté shrimp and veggies for your tacos as well. It is also delicious on white fish like tilapia, swai, and halibut.
- Easy Fish Tacos: Coat fish fillets in Southwest Chipotle Marinade. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with warm tortillas and top with our Southwest Coleslaw. You can also substitute fish for shrimp, simply sauté the shrimp in Southwest Chipotle Marinade until pink, about 4-6 minutes. Not enough flavor for you? Season the fish or shrimp with Caribbean Spice or Chimichurri Seasoning in addition to the marinade.
Rosemary Garlic Blend: Our Rosemary Garlic Blend combines extra virgin olive oil with the
flavors of rosemary, garlic, and other Italian spices. This is a wonderful blend for cooking and/or
marinating chicken, fish, or veggies, or use for a flavorful bread dip! Serving our Rosemary
Garlic Blend as a bread dip can make even spaghetti and meatballs a fun Italian experience!

Italian Sausage Seasoning. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.

oven to 375 degrees. Cut a loaf of French bread into 1” slices. Brush with butter and place on a
baking sheet. Bake for 6-10 minutes, until butter is melted and bread is crispy. Serve
