Using Balsamic Vinegar as a Glaze
Balsamic vinegar can easily be reduced down to make a glaze for your favorite meats. Simply cook the balsamic vinegar over medium heat until it begins to thicken. Continue to cook until it reaches your desired consistency.
Dark Balsamic Vinegars
Dark balsamic vinegar is made from red grapes. It is known for its complex flavor, syrupy texture, and balanced acidity. Dark balsamic vinegar has a richer, deeper flavor than white balsamic vinegar.
Traditional Style Balsamic
Our Traditional Style Balsamic Vinegar is so smooth you could sip it after dinner. Its traditional flavor is perfect for just about anything. Use it as a drizzle on aged cheeses, cured meats and fresh fruit. Vanilla ice cream and strawberries will never be the same when topped with this balsamic vinegar.
