Today’s the big day, Super Bowl Sunday! Tis the season for hearty appetizers, including little smokeys, chicken wings and dip. My personal favorite is chips and dip! There’s sweet, savory, smokey, creamy, cheesy, and everything in between. To celebrate this decadent Super Bowl staple, I have searched far and wide for five delicious Crock Pot dip recipes worthy of a Super Bowl party debut! Enjoy!
1. Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Queso Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 3 8-oz. blocks cream cheese
- 2 c. rotisserie chicken breast (or 2 poached chicken breasts), shredded
- 1 can chopped green chiles
- 1 1/2 c. Shredded Monterey Jack
- 1 1/2 c. salsa verde
- 1 tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1 plum tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp Adobo Seasoning or Green Chili Seasoning Blend
- Tortilla chips, for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, leaving out some tomato for garnish. Cook on low for 1 1/2 hours, or until everything’s melted. Stir and cover with remaining tomatoes, then serve with tortilla chips.
2. Spicy Crock Pot Cheesy Hamburger Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb Velveeta, cubed
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 oz) jar Mild Pace Salsa
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 lb ground pork + 1-2 tbsp Hot Breakfast Sausage Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large skillet fry hamburger and sausage + seasoning until cooked through, drain grease.
- Mix all ingredients together in large crock pot.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with tortilla chips
3. Crock Pot Spinach and Bacon Queso

INGREDIENTS
- 7 to 8 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- One 10-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
- 1-2 tsp Shake Your Bacon
DIRECTIONS
- Place all the ingredients in a 1.5-quart slow cooker. Cover.
- Cook on HIGH for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove lid, and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Turn slow cooker to WARM. Cover and keep warm until ready to serve. We like our dip with tortilla chips!
4. Slow Cooker Corn Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 2 15.25-ounce cans corn drained
- 1 8-ounce block cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 jalapeno seeded and minced
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tbsp Chile Lime Seasoning or Chili Seasoning Blend
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS

Line a slow cooker with a Reynolds slow cooker liner.

Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring once of twice to get the cream cheese mixed in well.
Sprinkle bacon on top before serving.
5. Cheesy Slow Cooker Buffalo Chip Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound thin sliced chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tbsp Ranch Dip & Dressing Mix
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Unsalted tortilla chips for serving
INSTRUCTIONS

Place chicken, broth, sauce and ranch seasoning in crock

Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-7 until chicken is fully cooked

Using two forks shred the chicken and return to crock

Add softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar

Cover again and let continue to heat until cheese is fully melted (about 30 minutes)

Stir until smooth and serve with chips or as desired
