Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef round roast, cubed
- 4 tbsp. seasoned flour*
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 2 onions, diced
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
For the Seasoned Flour:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Directions:
Put meat in slow cooker. Add seasoned flour and toss with meat. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 10-12 hours.
Serve plain or over rice or mashed potatoes.
