Spanish Smoked Paprika is created by slowly drying the pimento peppers out over slow burning oak fires.  Our sweet Spanish smoked paprika is quickly catching on as one of the more popular spices around.   It is often used in classic Spanish and Mediterranean dishes, but many BBQers are using it as an added ingredient in their award winning rubs as well.
