Spearmint

Recipes often call for fresh mint, however, mint retains much of its flavor when dried, making our dried spearmint a great substitute when fresh leaves are unavailable. Spearmint has a refreshing, mellow flavor with undertones of lemon and is commonly used in lamb dishes, jellies or tossed with salads. It is also found in Greek, Middle Eastern and Turkish cuisine and is a good compliment to chicken, pork and vegetables.
