Our Lemon Peel Powder is the ground, dehydrated outer skin of the lemon fruit. This ground peel is very high in essential oils, making the flavor very robust. Lemon Peel Powder can be used in place of lemon peel or lemon zest in a multitude of recipes. When using in place of fresh lemon zest, add only 1/3-1/4 of the amount called for in the recipe. Lemon peel powder is a great addition to baked goods, or sprinkle on salads, chicken or fish.
