Our Cinnamon (Saigon) is stronger and sweeter than typical store-bought cinnamon. The Saigon variety is often considered to be the very best of the multiple cinnamon and cassia varieties. It contains the highest content of cinnamon oil and is an excellent spice for baking and seasoning blends. Sprinkle on french toast, oatmeal and eggnog, or even on ham, sweet potatoes and other pork cuts.
