We are fortunate enough to live in Sterling, CO and visit the High Plains Spice Company often, in fact, I was just there this morning! Their products are of the best quality. They are fine purveyors of full flavored and fresh spices, seasonings, and rubs- gaining inspiration from home and around the world. Ingredients for seasonings and rubs are listed right on the jars and they do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives. Our favorite products are the Buzzed Seasoning, any of the smoked salts or lime salt, the Apple Pie Spice mix, the Taco Seasoning, and the individual spices we are able to purchase in the store. This is truly a family run business that spares no detail and provides a bit of northeastern Colorado love with every product.

We love this set of rubs from High Plains Spice Company! (We actually love all of their products.) This set has our four favorites. We especially like Pig Tickle. This is a robust rub that enhances the flavor of ribs, pork tenderloin, chops, etc. We use this rub whether grilling or baking in our oven. We also love the Montreal Seasoning. Most of the time, we use it when grilling steaks or burgers. Last week, I used a bit in my meatballs to add some bold flavor. Whatever spices you prefer, you can’t go wrong getting them from this company. They use high quality ingredients. One more thing… this set makes a great gift! We use it for weddings, showers, Father’s Day, or even a thank-you. (Lasts a lot longer than flowers.)

These are my go to seasoning for everything from burgers and steaks, to popcorn, fish and game. Love the buzzed seasoning on steaks, gives an earthy spice to the meat. Pig tickle is my go to for pork butt, smoked chops and ribs. I could probably buy spices and. Make you own blends,but these are just as fresh and much much easier. Cannot go wrong with any of High Plains Spice Companies spices!

Perfect seasonings for a variety of meats. The Buzzed seasoning is unique and great for grilling wild game too. I’ve tried several of their spices, loose leaf teas and coffee and have never been disappointed!! They also have flavored olive oils and vinegars that I’m excited to try soon. I’ve purchased several of their items as gifts. I love their simple logo and presentation of their products as well.

These are great fresh, locally produced products. They have so many great combinations mixes, and straight herbs and spices. Small town made in small batches. They are worth giving a try, I don’t think you’ll go back to those old spices again. I’m just lucky enough to be able to buy them locally!

Love this product! Got as a gift and we use them all the time to gril, broil, etc. with our fish. It even says what kind of fish it goes well with on the side of the label. We like each of these flavors! Would highly recommend. Also love that this is a local business and they blend their own spices. Love their coffee too!
