Some of the best Basil is considered to come from California, as their advanced dehydration process allows for better flavor. As this basil is considered to be of the highest quality, sweet basil from California is the only basil we stock.
Sprinkle basil on pizza, pasta, eggs, fish, chicken, veal, pork, potatoes, tomatoes, or any other veggie. Dry basil can also be used as a substitute for fresh Basil in a pinch (use 1/2 to 1/3 as much dry when substituting for fresh).
