The sweet and spicy flavors in our Sweet Heat Jerky Blend combine for a seasoning with just the right amount of sweet & heat! Nice and sweet with a smoky heat that builds. Add 2-3 tbsp per pound ground meat or whole muscle cut. Dehydrate or smoke, then refrigerate or freeze until use. Does not contain any curative ingredients.
