Our Roast Rub gives any roast tremendous flavor. Rosemary is the dominant flavor, with lingering notes of garlic, pepper, and onion. It can be used as a dry rub for any roasted meat including prime rib, pork tenderloin, pot roast or flank steaks. It can also be sprinkled over any cut of meat before grilling.
Try combining equal parts Roast Rub and Olive Oil to make a wet rub as well. This will create a nice crust and add an extra texture to any slow roasted meat.
