When you think poultry seasoning, the first thing that comes to mind is chicken, and for good reason!  Americans have been eating more and more chicken over the years because of its low cost, nutritional value, and overall flexibility.  Consider adding some poultry seasoning to your chicken breast for dinner tonight!  It can simply be sprinkled over the top before baking, or consider adding 1-2 tsp. of seasoning to ¼ cup of olive oil to make a wet rub.

Chicken is not the only dish poultry seasoning can zest up, however.  It can bring additional flavor to turkey, stuffing, pork chops, or meatloaf.  Every year at Thanksgiving we use plenty of poultry seasoning while making our giblet gravy.
