Lemon Poppy Seed Mug Cake
Single Serving – 3.5 oz.
Ingredients: Bleach, Enriched Flour, Granulated Sugar, Poppy Seed, Lemon Juice Powder (corn syrup, lemon juice, lemon oil), Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, mono-calcium phosphate), Sea Salt
Directions: Empty contents of package into a small bowl. Whisk in ¼ cup + 1 tbsp milk and 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Pour into a microwave-safe mug. Microwave for 80-90 seconds. Caution: mug will be hot. Let cool and enjoy!
Vegan option: Substitute vanilla or sweetened almond milk for milk.
