Horseradish can add that extra “bite” to many dishes.  It is most commonly used as a sauce for certain cuts of beef; especially prime rib.  Our Horseradish Powder is pure, ground horseradish root imported from Germany.

For a spicy Horseradish sauce, combine 1 part horseradish powder to 3 parts water.  Add or subtract the amount of water to adjust thickness.  For cocktail sauce with a kick, add 2 tbsp. horseradish to 1 cup ketchup.  Also try adding to dips, mustard, tomato juice, or Bloody Mary’s!
