Fenugreek Powder

Fenugreek powder has a sweet, yet bitter, flavor with a hint of maple. For this reason fenugreek must be used with caution, as its bitterness can easily overpower a dish.

Fenugreek is often included in curry spices and is an important ingredient in panch phora, a versatile blend of spices used in curries or added to spicy pastries and potato dishes.
