Wilderness Blend

The addition of juniper berries gives this blend a distinctive tang, without overpowering any of the other flavors. While it is an obvious choice for game meats like venison, elk and pheasant, our Wilderness Blend is also an excellent rub for beef, pork, lamb, and turkey. This blend works well for large cuts of meat like brisket, chuck roast, pork loin, rack of lamb, and whole roast turkey.
