I am a Pescatarian. As such, I eat a lot of fish! I have used many, many types of seasonings, spices, herbs, sauces on my many fish dishes. My wife cannot take any heat, so I came up with a simple recipe especially when I cook trout, halibut, salmon or cod. I sprinkle both this Grilled Fish blend with the Fisherman’s blend and it is wonderful! Since I do like heat, after I remove my wife’s portion from my cast iron skillet I will sometimes add a sprinkle of Blackened Seasoning or Curry or Tandoori Masala! I have well over 100 various spices and seasonings in my cabinet. After using High Plains products I rarely touch the others! Their products are the highest quality seasonings I have ever used!
