Bristol Bay is the eastern-most arm of the Bering Sea in southwest Alaska. It is home to the largest sockeye salmon fishery in the world, and also sports runs of chum salmon, king salmon and silver salmon, as well as an abundance of other seafood riches.

It is honor of this bountiful, and dangerous, body of water that we name our Bristol Bay Spice. Although this blend is far from dangerous, it is an excellent compliment to all things seafood. Try on salmon, halibut and tilapia, sprinkle on shrimp before grilling, or use it to season your crab boil.
