Pineapple, coconut and lime make a delicious combination in this tropical cocktail. Our Pineapple Cocktail is a great way to experience that “island feeling” right in your own backyard!
Leaving out the rum makes this drink a sweet frozen treat for all ages!

- 4 cups pineapple chunks, chilled
- 1 ½ cups ice
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup rum
- 2-3 tbsp Coconut Lime White Balsamic Vinegar
Combine pineapple, ice, lime juice, coconut milk, Coconut Lime White Balsamic Vinegar, and rum into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker frozen cocktail. Garnish with pineapple slice, lime wedge, and a sprig of mint.
