This easy and flavorful Italian-style soup is a great crowd-pleaser! Goes great with a crusty garlic bread and salad.

1 pound hot Italian Sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, chopped, liquid reserved
2- 2 ½ cups uncooked bow tie pasta
6 cups water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp chicken Better than Bouillon paste, or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
½ tsp oregano
1 tbsp Italian Sausage Seasoning
Remove casings from the sausages and break into 1-inch pieces. In a Dutch oven, brown sausage over medium heat. Remove sausage and drain all but 2 tbsp of drippings. Saute onion and pepper until tender-crisp. Add garlic and saute until fragrant. Add sausage and all remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
