The fresh and sweet flavors in our Coconut Lime Daiquiri make it the perfect companion for a hot summer afternoon!

- 2 cups crushed ice, plus more for chilling glasses
- 2 oz. light rum
- 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice, strained to remove pulp
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1-2 tsp Coconut Lime White Balsamic Vinegar
Place some crushed ice in your glass to chill it while you make your cocktail. Place 2 cups crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour rum, lime juice, simple syrup, Coconut Lime White Balsamic Vinegar over ice, cover, and shake well. Remove the ice from your serving glass and strain the drink into it. Serve immediately.
If your drink is too sweet or too heavy on the lime, simply decrease the amount of simple syrup or lime juice in the recipe until you reach your desired flavor.
