This light and tasty chia seed pudding is easy to make and packed with anti-oxidant rich chia seeds. This pudding is a great lower-calorie alternative to yogurt. Eat it as a snack or quick breakfast!

Ingredients:
Per 1 Serving:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp honey, maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)
Directions:
Pour milk into a clear container (a half-pint mason jar works best). Add chia seeds and stir. Allow the mixture to set for 10-15 minutes and stir again to remove all clumps. Add in additional sweetener (honey, agave, etc.) if using and stir. Allow to set for another five minutes and stir again to make remove any remaining clumps. Place in refrigerator overnight. Top your pudding with something delicious and enjoy!
