    This has to be the best tasting Scorpion and Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce I have ever had and believe me I tried 1000s. I'm not always looking for hot hot I want good taste with a bite and this is it. FREAKKING LOVE IT !! my wife don't get into my hot sauces but I made Chicken Quesadilla and use this for my Hot Sauce in the chicken quesadilla recipe and she loved it all I can say its the best Thank You High Plains Spice Company (Please don't stop making it!!!)     I wrote a review of this product in connection with the Grilled Fish blend but felt it was important to share it here too so I could be sure people see how I use various High Plains products together! I am a Pescatarian. As such, I eat a lot of fish! I have used many, many types of seasonings, spices, herbs, sauces on my many fish dishes. My wife cannot take any heat, so I came up with a simple recipe especially when I cook trout, halibut, salmon or cod. I sprinkle BOTH this Fisherman's Blend and the Grilled Fish Blend together and it is beyond wonderful! Since I do like heat, after I remove my wife's portion from my cast iron skillet I will sometimes add a sprinkle of Blackened Seasoning or Curry or Tandoori Masala! I have well over 100 various spices and seasonings in my cabinet from literally all over the world. After using High Plains products I rarely touch the others! Their products are the highest quality seasonings I have ever used! I am truly looking forward to trying some of the sauces I recently ordered too!
